From an environmental standpoint, CTG works with you to understand your overall utility consumption and how savings generated will relate to lowering your environmental foot print while optimizing your facility systems for better control and environment.
Social
From an social standpoint, CTG incorporates the ability to improve the building environment for our clients which translates to a better employee, customer or guest experience in your facility. We will often interview managers and employees to understand the environmental dynamics of the facility to better optimize their experience. This often takes the form of improved lighting, heating and cooling, glazing improvements for natural light and also better control of the facility systems for the managers.

From an economic standpoint, CTG provides a cost justified turnkey project which generates significant savings for our clients which translates to increased profitability and increasing the bottom line. In addition, CTG works to identify the easiest and best ways to finance the projects so it's truly turnkey.
Home Project Financing
CTG works with you to help best define the financial parameters of the project – cost of the project, return on the energy savings and payback periods. Once we establish the project specifics and financial parameters, we work with you to identify the best source of project financing. This includes utilizing the Property Assessment Clean Energy (PACE) program which has been enacted in many cities and counties throughout the US. Conventional Financing (Partners such as EnerBankUSA and Acorn Finance) also can be obtained for the project and we have a network of financing companies lined up to assist! Once financing is identified, we will work with you to secure the project financing in order to kickoff the project. We partner with YGrene Financing.
