Home Project Financing
CTG works with you to help best define the financial parameters of the project - cost of the project, return on the energy savings and payback periods. Once we establish the project specifics and financial parameters, we work with you to identify the best source of project financing. This includes utilizing the Property Assessment Clean Energy (PACE) program which has been enacted in many cities and counties throughout the US. Conventional Financing (Partners such as EnerBankUSA and Acorn Finance) also can be obtained for the project and we have a network of financing companies lined up to assist! Once financing is identified, we will work with you to secure the project financing in order to kickoff the project. We partner with YGrene Financing.

Energy and Utility Assessments
CTG performs Energy Assessments (EAs) as a stand alone service. Our focus is your infrastructure and how to optimize and improve your asset through cost justified improvements. The first step to this process is understanding the historical energy spend to develop baseline to structure improvements upon. This is done by:

Analyzing 12 months of utilities which includes rate structure breakdown per utility.

Determining an Energy Use Index (EUI) which compares the infrastructure against like building types in the region.

Determining the water consumption and comparing against regional benchmark standards

Providing a Report on the findings and comparison to Standards.
Infrastructure Retrofit and Improvement
As a follow on to our EA's, CTG will perform an infrastructure and facility investigation in order to develop and propose an Infrastructure Retrofit proposal. This is done by:

Performing an onsite infrastructure assessment of facilities equipment.

Understanding the capital improvement plan.

Understanding the deferred maintenance issues.

Conducting survey's of facility use to identify other issues and needs of the facility.

Conclude with a cost justified Infrastructure Retrofit (IR) proposal for the improvements that is tied to utility and ultimately cost savings.
